Guilderland Central School District Fails to Uphold Civil Rights of Students 

From all outward appearances the Guilderland Central School District seems to be the model school district, yet scratching below the surface reveals a host of allegedly administration condoned student civil rights violations occurring on public school property on a regular basis.
